Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM Eastern Time are processed starting the next business day.

Delivery time

Our products ship from fulfillment warehouses in the United States. Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. From the day you order, most orders arrive within about 4–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates, and carrier delays can occasionally occur.

If a product ever ships from a different location and takes longer to arrive, its expected delivery time will be shown on that product's page before you buy.

Order tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can also check your order status on our Track Your Order page (sowely.com/apps/parcelpanel).

Address changes

The delivery address can't be changed after an order ships. If you need to change your address, email support@sowely.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order at any time before it ships by emailing us. Once an order has shipped, please see our Refund Policy.

Damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged, refuse delivery if possible and contact us. If it was left without anyone present, contact us with your order number and photos so we can help.
